Why do we resist change? Spring reminds us that change can be glorious.

All you hold on to today came to you through change. What new and unimagined treasures and adventures await?

3 months ago, I didn’t know I was going to start the journey of writing a book or then writing a newsletter or know that people I didn’t know would read my newsletter.

Without change, I wouldn’t have moved away from everyone I knew and made new friends.

Without change, I wouldn’t have completed my PhD or embarked on the career that has supported me and my family for decades - and that has educated and empowered me and allowed me to share that with 1000s of students.

Without change, I wouldn’t have each of my children, the loves of my life.

The list goes on. Everything I am and everything I know today and everyone I hold dear came to me through change.
