Pure joy! I ran across a place called Dad‘s Donuts in Colorado Springs today and found out they make their cronuts with imported flour and they ferment it like sourdough. It’s the first time I’ve had anything resembling a croissant or legit donut in probably 10 years…worth every carb and gram of sugar! Note: I’m not celiac just gluten intolerant.
