All the Jansen vials will likely have this sequence in them. The only way they don't, would be if Jansen altered the vector at some point during production (changing your formula without informing people is also likely criminal). 1 vial is plenty, and with the data, other scientists can use PCRs to verify their vials also contain these sequences.
