In the middle of a big shift this week so took myself up onto the Downs for air, sky, linnet acrobatics and skylark song plus a safe space to feel.

I noticed yesterday, at this spectacular sunset, that the physical force of an upwards climb will often prompt a downward cascade of emotion from my eyes. Or heart rain as I’m deciding to call it from now.
