Love the light catching the apples in the garden at this time of year. This tree just seems to catch those morning rays and full of giving back as a result. I forget the name, but the tree produces a sharp apple for both cooking and eating. Today I pick one from the tree, grate it and add to my overnight Muesli. I feel blessed.
The night before weigh 30g or so muesli mix, 30g or so porridge oats. 150g of your choice of milk, 75g or kefir yoghurt. Leave in the fridge overnight. Next morning, take your apple and grate it, avoiding the core and then stir through your Muesli straight away. You can use an apple corer if you have one to make the grating easier, although my wife doesn't bother and works round the core.
