Biden communicates fine. He has a speech impediment that is challenging but what he says is spot on if people only had the capacity and patience to listen. With all the media and short attention span media so many need a Hollywood performance to make them think someone is decent. Listen to words not visuals and always watch what they do not what they say. Trump and many republicans are liars thru and thru and Biden has done a whole lot of good for this nation.
