The thing that this letter does not address, and no organization has publicly addressed to my knowledge, is the fomenting of "trans" identity and subsequent implementing of "Social Transition" in schools without any medical or psychological supervision or recommendation.

100% of kids who present at WPATH affirmation providers have already been goaded into an identity and transitioned by teachers at school. Any "Gender Explorative" therapy at that point must first walk back those two milestones.
