Regarding Biden, my take is very different. The way I see things: A young guy from a tiny postage-stamp state (Delaware is basically a bedroom community for Wall Street) got elevated to the Senate with the goal of making him a Deep State senator: There so long that he had seniority on Very Important Committees. Whatever his intentions at the beginning, he got "assimilated" (think Borg in Star Trek) and his autonomous will isn't a big part of what he decides to do at a policy level. He is, for the most part, a current Face of the Establishment, and part of why he was elevated to the White House was to push toward nuclear confrontation with Russia. He seems to be going slow on that one, much as Trump failed in his "duty" to get into a hot war with Iran. Is it possible, if my assessment is correct, for Establishment disarray to develop to a sufficient point where Biden actually has a realistic option of turning away from the nuclear abyss?

Thank you for the link. I found the following paragraph worth discussing:

"After all, if all gender is on some level a performance (and it is), then it can be co-opted and perverted by the state. But if it’s also innate on some level (and it is), then we are powerless against whatever it is that enough people decide gender performance should look like. We are constantly trapped by gender, even when we know we are trapped by it. You can’t truly escape something so all-pervasive; you can only negotiate your own terms with it, and everybody’s terms are different."

You may know that, some years back, the American Psychological Association reclassified gender dysphoria as not being a disorder, although they admitted that they don't know the cause. I have two speculations regarding the cause of gender dysphoria. One of them is that someone who has been (for example) female for several or many lifetimes is now in a male body. The individual's evolutionary purpose, if this is the case, is to realign one's gender identity with one's new biological sex. This would be something that may take more than one lifetime to master.
