I will point out that even though you think these "facts" are "100% verified", the sources you are relying on for this claim are not necessarily reliable. It can take a long time for certain information that is classified to leak out. It might never leak out.

The value of sources and methods is so extreme in some cases that assorted governments are willing to look completely stupid to protect them. Of course, in many if not most cases governments are completely stupid, so this is not trivial for the public to resolve.
