No, there are dozens of books featuring actual photographs of underage children engaged in sexual activity. It is not just one book.
At first there were a few books with drawings (allowed by SCOTUS to be classified as non-child porn). But like the proverbial camel's nose under the tent, one or two books turned into a torrent.
I have friends in US Federal law enforcement involved in child pornography task forces, so I have a pretty good idea of what is going on and where the lines are drawn. You could not pay me to go anywhere near those books in the public library, let alone check one of them out.
I know why this is, because I have had personal meetings with the head of our county's library system. It is a miracle the man is not in prison or in a straitjacket in a mental institution. And not just for this, but any number of other ridiculous positions and actions.
Let's consider the case of Joel Roth, head of "Trust and Safety" at Twitter before Musk bought it. Musk discovered literally millions of accounts trading child pornography on Twitter. Roth is well known to have been a long term advocate of pedophilia and has published articles about this. The US Federal government was deeply involved in a wide variety of ways with Twitter before Musk purchased it, and all of this activity was left alone and protected, while posts by people like me were quickly removed and people like me were punished.
So I think if you dig a bit deeper, you will see there is a problem. For example, is this following report just nonsense, do you think?
