Most doctors and their families are vaxxed and boosted, so I believe they view themselves as good and honest. They haven't recommended to their patients a treatment they themselves reject.

Maybe it's more a case of willful ignorance? Doctors are willing to play Russian Roulette to preserve their income and careers? A sad state of affairs either way!
