My refusal to take the vaccine resulted in my termination from the medical staff of 2 healthcare systems in a community where I have served for over 30 years as a board certified emergency physician. I am now under threat of being terminated from another healthcare system if I continue to prescribe ivermectin. My quality of care has never been in question but my failure to comply could cost me the chance to continue serving. History will not look favorably on this period in modern medicine
