They not only supported and enabled Hitler's rise to power, they worked with the German government throughout the period to work out alternative plans to send Jews to Palestine in anticipation of a new state of Israel at the end of the war which would be enabled with heavy propaganda sensationalising "genocide" and burdening the Western allies with proper guilt to make it happen ("They were killing us by the millions and you ignored it!"). Jews going to Palestine were rewarded with land and access to their German assets. Those who chose to remain in Germany and other German-occupied territories were to be considered sacrifices for the enabling of a new Jewish homeland.
