Thank you so much. Was procrastinating with my email box this very morning. But your recommendation was a procrastination I needed. I have work to do. I need that book, badly, and I'll get it as the first step. Combination of terror and dislike preventing me from my work currently (the former for work I want to do, the latter for work I've been asked to do). I will be interested to find out if the 'asked to do' work has a solution in this book. I'd love to stop hating it.
