The WHO official himself admitted they could be COVID patients that just returned false negative test results. We know the tests aren't particularly accurate.
However, he also stated there was a sharp rise in COVID cases. Sounds like it also could be just more damage from the fake vaccines if they are getting that many "COVID" cases now. Countries with low "vaccination" rates have pretty good herd immunity, so any country experiencing a sharp rise in cases is very likely highly "vaccinated" and is in the throws of a "vaccine holocaust". It will naturally result in all kinds of injured people presenting with a wide range of symptoms and testing negative for COVID!!!!

Many people wake up every day worried about the next virus that's going to kill them...it's called unbounded fear.
