The Atlantic is a captured publication. I looked up their IVM hit piece just for fun. This author might have been paid by the DNC as part of a propaganda campaign to stave off a coming “French Revolution” to be experienced by the likes of Fauci. HHS, DOJ ... a long list.
The reason 1M Americans have been tortured to death by hospital protocols and shots while many others had to walk away from their jobs as their coworkers died is the collapse of Constitutional governance. There were testimonies to State and US legislatures about early treatments, the downside of masks and lockdowns and the low IFR of the virus itself. But HHS was empowered to ignore expert opinions with the sole objective of shots for the entire population. This was cynical cupidity unprecedented in scope. Total disdain for the lives of citizens.
There was no Socratic debate, only a fear campaign that consisted of euthanizing hundreds of thousands in the ICU and claiming the virus did it, using mainstream media to message the public. It was a false claim, part of a CRIMINAL enterprise, not some sort of Keystone Cops screw up the author is attempting to portray.
No ... the separation of powers was breached by corruption, giving the executive branch a free hand to do anything with no push back. As Americans our job is to restore the separation of powers and make sure punishment is meted our for the damage to our Republic. It’s called treason and can carry the death penalty. The crimes committed more than warrant this consideration. Not excluding adjudication of the election fraud that precipitated this whole mess.

I'm surprised that it appears that almost nobody who might be listened to is pushing for routine autopsies of deceased vaccinees using the Ryan Cole or Sucharit Bhakdi protocols. The more autopsies there are that look for Spike without nucleocapsid protein in the diseased hearts and brains etc of the dead cult members, the more conclusive proof will be found that the jab killed them. Jonestown is like a Sunday school picnic compared to what is happening now. It's also disappointing that other states or researchers do not appear to have carried out replications of the Florida Health study that found cardiac-related death skyrocketed by more than 800% in the 28 days following mRNA vaccination. Florida Health used a good methodology. Why does it appear that this is not being done? Just because. Pfizer and Moderna may cut funding is no excuse.

I would throw in the school board members and university administrators and even the military leaders that forced young people at virtually no-risk to get the vaccine or not partake in society. I might even throw in some of the millions of powerless, gullible little stooges that went along with the conspiratorial agenda of the tyrant leaders if I believed that they already figured out that the vaccine was useless but still pushed the agenda for political reasons. I will NEVER trust these people again in my life.

There have to be certain concessions made by the applicant in an amnesty application - such as - FULL DISCLOSURE and perhaps certain payments of fines / penalties / "restorative justice".
Given the corrupt and captured nature of your US legal system, I'd rather cut covid amnesty deals with the tech, pharma, media and govt complex than take on these parties in inexorable and indeterminate litigation which has no guarantee of success and will in all likelihood fail.
