I know you would have heard of this ruling but in case, this was critical & showed us malfeasants in the FDA and pharma (Pfizer etc.) that they wanted data to be released only when we were dead & gone
I’m surprised we had a judge not bought off ! I was extremely happy when it happened! I took the possible side effects listed , I think it was 11 pages to my doctors office visit! They asked me , like they always do!!! Are you vaccinated? No!! Would you like to get the vaccine today? I asked what are the side effects ? The usual response , sore arm in injection area, headache, fatigue ...then I pull out all the possible side effects and they just look at me! I say , do you even read this? How often do you continue to professionally develops in your career? As a teacher of 23 years I’m constantly researching/reading, updating my critical thinking skill and passing it along to students!! Unreal and absolutely unacceptable to me!
Dr Paul, great job in hounding down FDA to release docs. Next challenge is to get liability for vaccines put back to the pharmaceutical industry and off the backs of the taxpayer via government. That would provide instant cleansing to the vaccine industry. That's what happened in 1976 with the attempt by pharma to cheat, lie and harm/kill with a rushed swine flu vaccine.
The whole stated reason they wanted all that time was because it was going to take them so long to go through hundreds of thousands of pages and get them published.
Wait, what? It took them 108 days or so to get these experimental gene therapy shots APPROVED!!!!

This was a landmark legal victory in the fight for personal medical autonomy. I honestly did not know that Dr. Alexander was among the doctors involved in the suit. Well done! And thank you!

If it is this difficult to obtain data from the pharmaceutical companies, just envision the challenges to retrieve the emails/transcripts/Meetings notes etc from our federal/provincial/state governments. In Canada if you initiate an ATIP request (FOIA) for equivalent for Americans) you'll end up with completely redacted whited out pages filled with clauses related to solicitor client privilege lol. It's farcical. And that's being assuming they haven't destroyed or and will just hide existing records. In the beginning of the "pandemic" I had phone calls and emails with one of the reps for the Quebec Executive Council (Quebec Canada) aka Ministère du Conseil exécutif. I sought to obtain records as to how these policies were enacted and explanations. She was ok with me but acknowledged in my province all of these meetings are sealed for 50 years if i recall correctly. So just to temper everyone's expectations, it will take years for Pfizer, years for any "investigation", years for court proceedings if applicable, and years for other parties to face any scrutiny. IF and when that time comes, they will apply disclosure limits and periods. All I'm saying is all disclosures, revelations will take many years from the guilty parties.

I read in a recent article that the EU is planning to ban Pfizer from lobbying the EU.
