"we believe vaccination is...." is not the same as "we know vaccination is..." And that is the crux of the matter. Belief is an expression of faith, a religious conviction, which is entirely different than fact-based knowledge backed by verifiable evidence.

At this point bring them back amongst the herd of vaccinated(?), yes I question that. We know if lot #’s and those in the bubble are not given the real poison. So now, we bring back the resistance amongst the poisoned ones, to become poisoned themselves via the shed. NYC of course needs hard evidence to succeed if they appeal re effectiveness of the vax and given the statements made by Pfizer in the EU ((but supported by eg the Israeli data) if there is fat chance of this.
The worrying part to me is this was thrown out on what might be termed a legal “nicety “ not eg an utter breach of the Nuremberg Code.
The mandates for coffin jabs needs to be ended. #2023 Mandate Free! Plenty of jabs out there for those who want them, should never have been forced. Still fighting in NYS as senators and assemblymen sponsor awful bills to mandate coffin and flu jabs and want children to make their own medical decisions :(. Everyone in NYS needs to write, email, fax, call, mail their representatives as well as Carl Heastie (NYS Assembly Speaker), Andrea Stewart Cousins (Majority Leader), Gustavo Rivera (Health Committee Chair) and Toby Ann Stavisky (Senate Committee Chair Higher Education). If the CDC stated that the BS jab doesn’t stop transmission it seems like there is a failure to communicate this to the fanatics running NYS.

This is old news and we still don't know if there will be an appeal to the NYS Appeals court.
But the more complete account said that the judge wrote that the vaccine didn't stop transmission anyway, so it defeated the purpose.
Therefore, this was the first time that a judge used scientific knowledge as part of their decision.
