The only Querticin I could find last year had Bromelain in it, so inadvertently I was taking Bromelian with my Zelenko protocol (C,D,Zinc, querticin(with Bromelain)). I had added NAC to it as well.

Anecdotal, sure, but my COVID symptoms were so mild I thought I was only cold from being outside. Knew I had COVID because I was taking care of a COVID sick person, and had to get tested for work.

I would like to add. COVID was so mild for me that I quit taking those supplements within days of catching covid, figuring I now had natural immunity. I lost my sense of smell and taste completely for over a month, then for almost a year everything bad smelling smelled like the sulfur in eggs. Armpits, using the bathroom, onions, eggs, chicken, soup, litter box… it all smelled identical… like eggs, and soda tasted like burnt rubber.

I ignored it for almost a year, but got so fed up, I went back on the zelenko protocol and within a few days my senses returned to normal.

I’ve been calling this the kitchen sink approach to bioweapon defense for nearly 3 years, and it’s absolutely necessary.

Start lighty with fresh pineapple. To much all at once can cause you to have to find a bathroom pretty quick 12 hrs later. I secretely experimented on my family after dining out at Outback Steakhouse years ago. Afterwards I bought, prepared, and graciously shared fresh pineapple with my whole family (I'm a scientist btw). We were all staying in motel rooms. Low and behold, the very next morning, like clock work, we all had to use the bathrooms at about the same time. The plummer even had to be called to one room, lol, and kind of naughty of me, but oh well at least I found out it works great. (I also bought 10 bottles of NAC in April of 2020, just in case, and have made up numerous labeled pill pouches, with all the treatment supplements, for all my loved ones, for the past 2 years. I still have fresh frozen pineapple and wild grapes in my freezers from 3 years ago, lol).

Maybe you would know the answer, or you could do some research on this.

But I’m wondering, with all these heart issues going on, if magnesium could be a benefit to combating some of these vaccine side effects, as I do know a lot of heartbeat issues can be traced back to lack of magnesium. Sleep issues as well, which also affects the heart.

We already use pineapple juice for my daughter’s asthmatic cough and we also use NAC. She recently has been experimenting and the pineapple juice stops her coughing faster than prescription cough syrup. Also, recently I choked on my drink and couldn’t get rid of the irritant and kept coughing. My daughter yelled out, “pineapple juice” so I tried it. The coughing stopped instantly. It’s amazing stuff. Also interesting, in my small town in Ontario, 2 grocery stores have stopped carrying the pressed pineapple juice in the carton, so it’s getting harder to find.

Given the poor performance and advertising hype for the system, maybe it's not such a good thing to call it a Patriot Missile System?

Also, a concentration of 100 g/ml? Imagine how many pineapple cores a person needs to eat to achieve that! Tracking backwards to the cited study, it appears that should have been "100 μg/ml." (See: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.09.07.286906v2; "The combination of Bromelain and Acetylcysteine (BromAc) synergistically inactivates SARS-CoV-2," Akhter et al.)

Again also, I note they mention in that cited study: "Clinical testing through nasal administration in patients with early SARS-CoV-2 infection is imminent." Interesting, and a search of just Akhter's recent publications (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=Akhter+J%5Bau%5D&sort=date&size=20) shows studies of various ways BromAc (registered trademark goes here) works on cancers or tumor cells.

And YET another alternative treatment

Bromelain is found in good foods like Kefir, Sauerkraut, Avocados, Papaya, Banana, Honey and a LOT in pineapple

and of course ALL these foods are digestive enzymes and good for your gut.

I thought early on that this really is a gut (good bacteria) issue

Maybe this is why the want to take Acetylcysteine (NAC) off the shelves??

Covid kicked my tail. It was annoying, but mild, until day 8. Out-of-the-blue, pneumonia! I was admitted for 5 days. For the first 4 days, I craved and consumed pineapple. I never eat pineapple! I rarely eat fruit, period. I don’t like sweet stuff.

It always tickles me that our bodies have an innate understanding of what to do/eat. Like others, I supplement with both bromelain and NAC. Its so encouraging to find out that there is evidence to continue!

You are such a blessing, Walter!

I've been taking quercitin, bromelain nac, c, d3 k2c and others for about 2 years now. Caught covid in Jan 22, lost smell and taste for a week and had a pink eye, also took ivermectin and zinc on top of the protocol. Very mild case.

An NAC researcher at Baylor advised to take NAC with a lot of water… If someone fails to do that, I wonder what could be the result? Kidney damage?? 😬🤔 I agree that NAC is proving VERY effective when taken at first signs of respiratory viruses … increasing glutathione levels may also have multiple benefits, so it is one tool in my toolkit… As a related side note, in one naturopath’s online presentation, she responded to my question in the chat, saying that she finds NAC on the “strong” side (I wonder why?) and she prefers something a bit weaker (I don’t remember exactly what she suggested, but maybe that was moreso a suggested option for those wanting a daily profilaxis that also increases glutathione?) Did I read somewhere that Milk Thistle might also increase glutathione? 🤔 . I know that it is a recommended supplement in multiple protocols…

I’ll try to pick up and incorporate pineapple more regularly—thanks for the tips, Walter!!

Wow - seems like great news. I remember hearing about both of these a while back, but not together. Thanks so much for putting this out there and for the lessons on each NAC and bromelain! Have a great weekend!

We were advocating bromelain / NAC / quercetin not long after wuhan started. Amongst many other things.

Btw, bromelain is primarily found in the core of the pineapple, not the flesh.

As promising as this sounds, I would take it with a grain of salt until I know exactly who is behind the company that put this study together, Mucpharm. I have a lot of reservations about using a lot of recommended supplements. I think it's always best to opt for fresh organic foods. The only thing I think it is wise to get from a bottle is nicotinic acid.

Curiously, it gets no attention on social media. However a little searching reveals so many benefits. Have a look at this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6412771/

My concern with NAC in particular is that a lot of folks have messed with their bodies and they may be throwing gasoline on a fire as far as promoting tumor growth. I'm really on the fence with this one, and as I've done with IVM, I've decided it's best not to put it in my body.
