Janice, I've seen others call it MBP as well. I can see that, often with an added element of the "stage mother." Boys, especially, seem to be groomed not only into female identities, but also stage performing, like the young boy Desmond from NYC (he has married parents, but his mother is definitely the "stage manager") & an even younger boy performing at a pride event a few years ago in Canada (I just did a search and can't find his name - the amount of 'Boy trans" material on the internet is disturbing).

It would be interesting to find out if there's a different pathway for boys and girls lured into transition. I suspect boys more often get it from mothers (eps. single mothers) at home, while girls tend to get lured in by internet para-social pressure, and social pressure in school.
