India kicked TikTok and other Chinese apps out of the country at the same time it was fighting Chinese troops along the border. Other countries are waking up to the damage inflicted by the BRI. Sri Lanka lost control of a harbor. Either Peru or Bolivia (I forget which) is saddled with a big Chinese-built dam that was located too close to volcanoes and can't be operated, etc. How can all this information be collected and turned into more than the sum of the parts?
