Tik Tok is just flat out lying. Its U.S. representative told Congress that the company does not have a headquarters. But obviously, the headquarters is in China. We may not be able to see what's happening with the data moving in the cloud from one server to another, but on the basis of that statement alone, we can say with confidence that Tik Tok is lying.
