AI doesn't have an ego... yet. What is an ego other than an evolutionary adaptation to press the scales of 'survival of the fittest' in our personal direction? With enough AI's, one of them will be bound to discover this principle, exploit it to outcompete other AI's, and hence develop an 'aego'.
