There are at least two reasons that's a terrible idea:

1. It's why the enemy is doing what they're doing. 2. It's why most of the normals are doing what they're doing. 3. People only want people to believe in values so that they can be manipulated.

We need to worry less about one another's feelings, in the sense of trying to align theirs with ours, and more about one another's comfort and pleasure.
