No idea. I doubt it. As I say customs is an issue maybe, so, they could confiscate it. As it may have occurred to you over the past couple of years, “legal” is a rather squishy term. Show me anything that is illegal for you but not legal for someone else? Is it “legal” that Congress should exempt itself from the laws it requires you to obey? If one plans to live much further into this century these are some things we need to begin to digest. Just sayin’.
