How widespread is the lift? I have seen stuff going on in Guangzhou, Beijing, Chengdu, but Shanghai is still quite strict? What about 2/3/4/5 tier cities? Is there a coordinated move orchestrated by the central command? They claim they are moving to get the elderly vaccinated, not sure what measures will be taken to force the vax. Also the most effective ones are still out of China. Is there any news when foreign expats can get the BioNTech shot?
