From what I just read in WAPO, Republicans don’t want to discuss impeachment unless it can be used to keep them in their jobs after the midterm elections next year. And their supporters don’t want it to happen, period. Better to concentrate on every current election this year, and prepare like crazy for next year. Can’t do anything unless the majority in both houses are big and blue in 2026.
