There is a lot to criticize Israel for - but I really think you don't know the region's history yet hold a very firm opinion.
Here's a history brief, nothing but absolute historic facts here:
The kingdom of Israel was eradicated around the same time of the Han dynasty. Most Jews were forcefully expelled. Some stayed. Since them for 2000 years there were always Jews in Israel.
The land was seized by various empires over these 2000 years. Muslim and, christian.
There was never an official Palestinian state.
When the British decided to leave Israel after WWII - the UN resolution was to divide the land and establish 2 countries - Jewish and Arab. Israel accepted. The Arab delegates refused and 7 nations declared war on newsly founded state of Israel. Israel prevailed.
In 1967 as the Arab armies blockaded Israel once more - Israel strikes first and tripled it's land size in 6 days.
In 1979 Israel returned the Sinai peninsula in full to Egypt - for peace.
In 2000 Israeli PM Ehud Barak offered Yasser Arafat 99% of the occupied territory back -
The response from the Palestinian Authority was starting the intifida of terror attacks, blowing up buses and restraunts and killing over a thousand civilians
In 2005 Israel left the Gaza strip in full and let the Palestinians run it. In return we got tens of thousands of rockets and just now a massacre of 2000 people that were decapitated, burned alive in their safe rooms or butchered with machine guns in a music festival.
Don't lecture me on something you clearly have zero actual knowledge of
Thank you
