Almost each of the items you've mentioned would have been a clear headline on any normal week of the year... even in most of the weeks of 2020...

I actually think that Trump pushing it even a bit further economically with China can play to Biden's hand in negotiating with China later on... he has more ground he would be able to afford to lose, and without even losing face since any such plays by Trump in the next couple of months can be labeled as "spite" or personal and not national interests that the US must really insist on.
