AI? Where? What was the meaning of “jurisdiction,” no one here in this thread has said it yet, other than what I offered, jurisdiction under US law (redundant, but just to make the point). Anyway, everyone here is under jurisdiction of law, whether legally here or not. They can be deported, for example, under US law, if they’re here illegally. It will be interesting to see what the Supreme Court says, but they’re not always right, either (Dred Scott, Roe v. Wade, as glaring examples).
