"No other Empire in history has had the global financial chokehold like the US Empire does."

It seems to me to be eroding rapidly, this decline accelerated by the actions of the USA. Stealing hundreds of billions of dollars from nations which displeased the USA vaporized the trust upon which the system depended. The only option was/is building an alternative system. Only nuclear war could stop this, but seems rather too costly a measure.
