Matt was posting links to his Substack..Elon DID NOT like that. Elon recently had bought X and I don't think he likes traffic pushed away. However, he really hadn't said anything then suddenly did. Not sure Elon wanted Twitter files on Substack due to its viral nature..he wanted it in X
