If you need a transfusion, the danger of whatever made you need it likely outweighs the danger of using vaccinated blood. Red blood cells don't reproduce at all, and it is unlikely that many of the other cells in the transfusion a) have integrated the mRNA into their genome and b) will produce it and reproduce it in your body. It's possible, sure, but don't lose sleep over it.
