In Shanghai it's interesting because it's a huge hassle to travel, but things within Shanghai are pretty much normal. More places are checking health codes but that's about it. It's still fine to have large group dinners in crowded restaurants.

I know some people travelling for the holiday, but generally seems like people are staying put. At least there are more events being scheduled over the holiday since so many people are staying put.

I'm currently apartment shopping and trying to find a new place in Feb and haven't heard any agent bring up the holiday as an issue.
