The entire industry is horrible. When it works as designed some under-paid guy from the countryside is working against impossible standards set by an algorithm and violating traffic laws to deliver some food for almost no money.

Personally I've given up using the services because the experience is awful and it seems so exploitative. The drivers are under such time pressure they'll start blowing up your phone calling over and over when they're 5 minutes away to make sure you're there to pick up the order ASAP. And if they completely mess it up and are 30 minutes late, or leave your food at the wrong place, what options do you have? Sure you can complain and get reimbursed, but then its just punishing a poor over-worked driver.
