That’s an incredibly important question Ravi because it gets to the heart of so many bizarre domestic and global dynamics. To GED’s point below, the dems/liberals don’t want to go there out of fear of somehow giving trump credit for something (I don’t blame them). But they would have to get past that - at least in the US. My sense is that governments and thought leaders around the world are trying to get their heads around the possibility. And what they would have to do/say about it.. most I believe hope that the idea just goes away so they don’t have to answer your question.
