After a while it gets to seem like a biologist looking through a microscope at a variety of vermin in a petri dish. There’s really only one gang out there, and what we call politics is just the little power plays among the various thugs who run the world. Like the internet itself, the people who set the rules control it forever. I think it’s time to change the channel, start fresh and see what we can do. It couldn’t be worse.
