It really does. Imagine thinking that mass murdering children is a "good" thing or even an "okay" thing to do. We have to be taught and re-taught a million times over to accept such a sick and twisted viewpoint and make it our own.

But sometimes, the events are too shocking, and they shock us out of our learned helplessness. This genocide is one of those moments. Use it to shock others out of their complacency. Use it to teach them lessons of morality. Use it to tell them that whatever is happening today in Gaza could happen to them tomorrow.
