I do understand your concern. But the anti-Japanese propaganda, which had a massive, unwanted impact (in my industrial zone the streets were lined with People's Armed Police in full battle gear at the time) has also been switched on/off several times. And look at how "dynamic zero-COVID" evaporated completely overnight. In terms of propaganda, nothing is irreversible, IMHO.
