I think Singapore had such a case recently, if I am not completely mistaken. The trouble is, that the propaganda machine in China is spreading so much half-truth (they avoid telling complete lies), that one can never be certain about anything they say. But in terms of Corona on imported frozen food, I am tempted to think that they are telling some truth. UV radiation may solve the issue.
