The Bay turned into a GOF lab for lunacy a long time ago. Most sane people have already left. That said, I'm sure one or two bars in North Beach / Richmond will be contrarian (if they haven't gone out of business) and it's not like the city has any police to crack down on unvaxx speakeasies anyway. It might be an interesting experiment. But think of how many informers there would be. As for cafes, restaurants, porous Whole Foods spaces - I think things are largely up in the air. "Excuse me clearly high person covered in trash just buying a coffee to use the bathroom, can you produce your vaccination status?"
