These forums are crazy as I have encountered medical professionals from my past. I noticed you are from MIT and a plastic surgeon. My mentor was Dr. Mark DuLong he was a crazy smart guy- 3 MIT degrees and then became Chief of Plastic surgery at Kaiser.
