While they might as well call it today for Trump in my bright red corner of the world, there is a flicker of possibility for a senate candidate here attempting to oust Hawley and the past few weeks have nudged my chronic ennui into "doing something" for him. Plus, the convention was a fabulous showcase for the up-and-coming Dem talent that gives me hope if we're able to keep the possibility of future elections alive this cycle.
