US domestic political turmoil is itself a moot point, the Democrats and media keep putting "extremists" on a pedestal despite their ever-dwindling ranks in order keep the Republican Party at war with itself, while Progressives are working hard at making themselves irrelevant in the post-Bernie era. As far as regular voters go, Americans (and America) are getting back to normal post-Floyd; the "political turmoil" of which you speak is now just a sideshow.
