I live in Texas (Tarrant County). Ken Paxton is a sadist. He lives for the pain, either financial, emotional or physical, he can inflict on people, especially women. I put him in the same category as Saddam Hussain. Evil doesn't adequately describe Paxton. Sadist, however, fits him perfectly.
