Never. I have never once seen Gazans celebrating like this. Maybe you have, but I certainly haven't. It's a pretty straightforward fact that this is the closest we've come to peace in 15 months. That doesn't mean the genocide can't resume, it doesn't mean things will be just peachy for the Palestinians going forward, and it doesn't mean Trump is great. It just means what it means. I'm not sure what you're finding so baffling about this.
