I know conversion of RNA to DNA is theoretically possible if there happens to be some Reverse polymerase around but the RNA has to get into the nucleus, the polymerase has to copy it into DNA and then it has to be inserted into the host cellular DNA. I know it happens with other viruses , at least DNA viruses, but has it been detected in this situation?
