Iāll post āmy hitsā as soon as my daughter wraps up her basketball season. They are currently 0-7. Will they win the final game? Iām taking action on the game now. The media asking Zelenskyy if he wants to apologize to Trump is everything wrong with the media. They should be asking if Trump wants to apologize to Zelenskyy. Most Americans are humiliated at the trash behavior by Trump and JD in the Oval.

Please remember that mockery of politicians and powerful public figures is one of the most valuable forms of free speech. Itās certainly dangerous to be funny in many countries around the world. In more than a few countries, comedy is a crime. And, here in the USA, Iām talking about the mockery of any public figure, regardless of politicā¦
He nailed it! ššš The most impactful comedians have always been political. Josh Johnson is my current fave - heās so skilled at calmly & brilliantly tackling the hot button topics. Itās funny to me (not in the ha ha way, alas) when people complain about comedians getting political - those people are only happy with the court jesters who wouldnāt dare risk their necks/livelihoods by overtly offending the āking.ā Thereās āpunching upā and āpunching downā in comedy. Punching up is important because it helps us gauge how free our society really is.
Gotta be careful, though, with the concept of āpunching down.ā That also espresses a desire to control comedy.
