Without blaming them equally, I think it’s true that the unseemly squabbling btw DC and BJ is more a wasteful nuisance to the rest of the world than anything else. Some govts tilt a bit one way, others another, opportunistically, with Delhi’s tergiversations saliently emblematic. In the western media however we observe a pronounced tendency, probably obligatory, to claim without basis that “the world” or the “international community” aligns with DC against BJ – a vast over statement.
