There is a concept/reality known as 'BLOWBACK' (that you might be aware of). The unfortunate part about 'blowback' is that ordinary citizens/denizens may land up paying the price for the EVILS of the Empire perpetrated on the world by American/Western rules and TPTB. The book "Blowback: The Costs and Consequences of American Empire" by Chalmers Johnson (goodreads.com/book/show…) is an excellent read and goes into detail about the repercussions of U.S. Empire imperialism.
